Yoga can help you improve flexibility, physical strength, posture, personal awareness and balance, as well as contribute to a sense of deeper relaxation and peace. It can also support wellbeing by helping to address fatigue, trauma, stress and anxiety. Yoga is possibly the oldest scientific method of settling the nervous system and supporting the body, its organs and systems, to function well. Through breathing practices, postures, movement and meditation, yoga can create positive change in the body and our emotions.

All abilities and levels of experience, including absolute beginners, are welcome.
