Feldenkrais classes

Six-week introductory sequence

4th November to 9th December (16.00)

The Feldenkrais Method® is a form of somatic education that uses movement to improve physical functioning and well-being. Developed by Moshe Feldenkrais, it emphasizes awareness of movement, encouraging participants to explore how they move in order to increase flexibility, coordination, and ease of movement. Overall, the Feldenkrais Method aims to enhance self-awareness, reduce pain, and promote better posture and movement habits.

This sequence of classes has been developed to introduce the principles of the method. The classes are not progressive in the sense that each is more difficult than the previous, but each introduces a new aspect and extends your previous experience. It is very beneficial to attend all of them.
