Cost: £30 per class

Qigong (pronounced “chi gong”) is an ancient practice for cultivating one’s innate internal energy so as to optimise health, wellbeing and spiritual development. Classes led by Dominic and Pippa consist of varying kinds of gentle physical exercises and meditation techniques inspired by Master Zhixing Wang (www.chineseheritage.co.uk) and are suitable for those with or without previous experience.
