Yoga with Laura Bocchi
Yoga classes - 8 week course - Sundays 5.00-6.15 PM
From February 9th to March 29th.
The course will be centred on balancing the effects of life on body (e.g., desk posture) and mind (e.g., restless thinking). We will look into several themes, such as increasing body awareness, grounding, and counter-balancing the stress response. The classes will include postures, breathing, and relaxation. No previous experience is required. All you need is a body dressed in comfy clothes, and possibly a mat (there are some spare ones available if you do not have one).
The teacher, Laura, is a qualified 300h BWY yoga teacher.
